Chocolate Mocca Self Saucing Pudding served with baked custard and cream. Chocolate Mocca self saucing pudding 1C self raising flour 1/2C white sugar 2 Tbs Mocca coffee powder (I used moconna) 1/2C milk 2 Tbs butter 1/4C water 1 tsp vanilla 1/4C chocolate chips Sauce: 3/4C brown sugar 1/4C cocoa powder 1 & 1/2C hot water: Mix all cake ingredients together, grease slow cooker insert or bowl, pour in mix and level, dissolve brown sugar and cocoa in hot water, pour evenly over mix, put tea towel under lid and set on high for 1 & 1/2 hours. Absolutely beautiful but very rich and strong.
