Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Preparation Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 10 minutes Makes: 12 servings Ingredients 100g white chocolate ½ cup peanut butter 300g milk chocolate Method Line a mini muffin tray with cupcake cases. In a large bowl place the white chocolate and peanut butter together. Microwave for 2 minutes, stopping every 30 seconds to stir. Place the milk chocolate in another bowl and melt in the microwave. Distribute the melted milk chocolate in the cupcake cases evenly. Set approximately 2 tbsp aside. Spread with the peanut butter mixture. Dollop with a tsp of the milk chocolate on top. Use a toothpick to cut through the mixture and move around creating a marble pattern. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until set. Remove cupcake cases and enjoy.
