Chocolate Pecan Pie 2/3 c. sugar ½ c. butter melted 1 c. corn syrup 1 tsp vanilla 2 tsp. bourbon ½ tsp salt 3 lg. eggs beaten 1 c. pecans chopped 1 c. sweetened chocolate chips 9 in. unbaked pastry pie shell Preheat oven 375 deg. In a mixing bowl blend sugar, salt and melted butter then add corn syrup, eggs, flavoring and blend well. Now add pecans and chocolate chips and stir and mix up well and pour into un baked pie shell. Line outer crust with foil and bake 30 min then remove foil and continue to bake for 10 min longer. Remove let cool then place in fridge to cool for 2 hrs before serving. Enjoy.
