Chocolate cheese cake Recipe 1 packet oreo cookies(I used orange ones) 12-14 cookies I packet phildelphia /britania cream cheese 125-150gms of dark chocolate (i used morde dark) 50 gms butter 1/3 cup fine sugar 1tbs maida 2 eggs 1tsp vanilla extract Nutella and ferrero for topping Crush oreo cookies and mix in butter, press this mixture in a collapsible/pie dish with loose bottom, bake it in oven for 10 mins and cool Bring cream cheese to room temperature, in a hand mixer/stand mixer, mix cream cheese, add melted chocolate,sugar,maida and vanilla, gradually add an egg at a time do not over mix, pour over the oreo base, bake in a moderate oven for 40-45 mins , if center looks wobbly, dont worry, cool completely, spread nutella and top with ferrero. Let it stay in refrigerator 4-6 hours,enjoy
