Chocolate cookie cake 2 cups sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup oil 3 tablespoons cocoa 1 teaspoon soda 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups flour 1 stick butter 3/4 cup water 2 eggs 1/2 cup buttermilk 1. Mix sugar, flour and salt. 2. Combine butter, oil, water and cocoa in a pot. Bring to a boil. 3. Pour mixture over flour mixture. 4. Mix eggs, soda, milk and vanilla. Stir into other mixture until mixed well. 5. Pour into greased 9X13 dish. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Ice cake while hot. Icing 1 stick butter 1 box powdered sugar 1 cup chopped pecans 3 tablespoons cocoa 1 teaspoon vanilla 6 tablespoons milk 1. Melt butter and cocoa. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. 2. Spread over hot cake. Let cake completely cool before serving.
