Bahahaha INGREDIENTS: 1 red apple 1 scoop Shredz Choc PB Protein (30% off Ainsley.getshredz) Unsweetened Almond Milk Sugar-free syrup/honey DIRECTIONS: 1. Mix one scoop shredz choc PB protein with a little almond milk (add little by little until you get a thick paste) 2. Cut the apple horizontally into slices and remove the core 3. Spread your protein paste on each apple and drizzle with syrup/honey! 4. Take your alpha stack dose!
