Chocolate melts best at temperatures between 104 and 113 degrees F - TopicsExpress

Chocolate melts best at temperatures between 104 and 113 degrees F (40 and 45 degrees C). I had to google this as all the chocolate in my pantry is not just molten but is completely liquid. Our kitchen is a single room with only one door in and out. It is 42C in town all week and possibly higher for the rest of the month. The windows are painted shut and it is a little OVEN all by itself. If we give Hiccup milk, it has curdled within hours. It is truly unbearable to be in at the moment and cooking dinner has become a form of sweat torture. #escapethekitchen
