Choked up a little in class today. Yesterday was my 4 year teaching anniversary and Im just so damn proud of myself. For making that decision to go to training and creating change in my life. Little did I know that this career change would bring more love into my life than I could ever have imagined. That it would give me confidence and vulnerability and faith and hope and unbelievable joy. If you feel stuck or lost or like your life has no purpose, dont give up. You have a purpose, you just havent found it yet. My life changed drastically when I was 29 and did my training. And the joy I feel today more than makes up for all the years that I felt like I was treading water. Listen to that voice inside of you that whispers to you when youre on the right track. As Bikram would say, Youre never too old, never too bad, never too late, and never too sick to start again from scratch once again.
