Therefore, a cup of coffee with 2 teaspoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cream will have 136 calories. While not a diet-buster, if you are a heavy coffee drinker, the calories will quickly add up. Avoid your local coffee shop if you enjoy lattes and frappuccinos, since one of these drinks can have as many as 670 calories -- a definite diet no-no.
