Choosing to rejoice in Gods faithfulness, love, mercy, salvation, sovereignty, magnificence and eternal security whether ones situation in this life changes or not, whether you healed or not, whether you get what you want for yourself or a loved one or not, is a declaration of being a winner in Christ - because at the end of the day, when all is said and done, when the rewards are handed out for faithfulness and accolades given for endurance in the face of pain, heart-ache and loss - to be called up front and to hear our Heavenly Father say Im so proud of you Will, you still believed even though like Habakkuk, the fig tree in your life did not blossom and there was no fruit on the vine, and when it was given it was taken unfairly but you went over and stood with Job and said At times this life really sucks, but it also has an expiry date So I choose to rejoice because I know that my Redeemer lives and I know I will see all my departed loved ones who accepted Christ as their Lord when He returns - this for me is what being a cannot lose winner in Christ is all about - What a God - What a Saviour! What a magnificent heaven and eternity is out there - whoopa!
