Chose to fly United airlines.. and have been blown away with how horrible they treat their customers. My flight was 3 hours delayed and none of us were notified. They then told me they would pay for my cab on the way home since my ride could no longer get me and to pick it up in LA. Once I got to LA I was told that they dont do cab service but do super shuttle. Then super shuttle doesnt run after midnight. They have put a huge damper on my vacation and have little consideration for their passengers.
