Chris Chinapoo is one of the Countrys thought leaders on restorative justice, developing, implementing and monitoring comprehensive at risk interventions, programs and strategies. Chris has been contributing to Penal Reform and Transformation locally, regionally and Internationally. He has been at the frontier of global initiatives to improve thr reintegration of foreign offenders and was the Vice Chair of a CARIOCOM Reseoluntary Migration (deportees). He is also a copted member the Cabinet Appointed Task Force to address Deportees. Internationally Chris is involved in youth development programmes, community building initiatives addressing issues of gangs, unemployment, health and well being and more. He is also involved in change management, process reengineering, prison industries and roll out of new technologies in several countries including the US, Romania, Haiti, Belize and other CARICOM nations. His advise and expertise is sought after globally on issues of quality, competitiveness, crime reduction interventions, standards development. policy development and youth development. Chris is a proud life member of the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice (USA), a member of International Association for Identification, a member of the National Association of Hispanics in Criminal Justice (USA), a member of the International Corrections and Prisons Association (ICPA) Committee of Experts on Training and Development, the Education Chair of the Human Development and Leadership Division of the American Society for Quality and a member of the Chartered Quality Institute (UK).
