In addition to his claims about Ventura, his claims to have shot looters from the roof of the Superdome -- though indicating what a sick individual he was to even suggest it -- would be believable only to someone who had never been at the Superdome or in the vicinity of the dome in New Orleans. The stores that were being looted were not within the line of sight of the dome, nor within sniper range. They were on Canal Street and the opposite end of Poydras, or a few in the back of the French Quarter, and there are no stores close to the Dome that were being looted at all (virtually no stores, period, that are close to the dome). Ya know, its bad enough to brag about killing people you actually killed, but even more twisted to brag about killing people whom you didnt. I hope Ventura walks with millions upon millions of HarperCollins money for printing this garbage..
