Chris Tswete I think we need to address the question of the four pillars and their contradictions to resolve the antagonistic. Unpack the historic epoch of development of Swazi society. Areas that needs to discussed is the relationship b/n cadre and the political and task, the class stand and revolutionary qualities, and the relationship between cadre and the organisation. I think that is the immediate and prime task that confront us, the task of organization and discipline, the task of accounting and control. Yesterday at 12:17 via mobile · Edited · Like Gavin McFadden Maybe going back to old tools is to sharpen used instruments ? Can you say these four pillars and the argument that goes with them have been verified in practice? Is there an argument for us to use them today and is that because the tools we use have become blunt and need sharpening using these methods ? I suggest that the Swazi Struggle has not had the opportunity to be tested with the full participation of all the forces in unison without any fractious power disparities that are illusory in the first place and chauvinist in practice. Suggestions that we have tried are important and looking for tools is essential; however when we look at mobilization and control and accountability we must also be able to say that we are willing to let this river flow. That the courageous and determined will be given their space without prejudice; that leadership means more to us than a paper with a reference to a date and a conference. That we are the sons and daughters of our land and that we will fight together to win this prize for our dignity; for our freedom for the future of our children and that the world can see that we are serious about our freedom. So far after over twenty years our movements are often a little more than hot gas and suggestion making us the objects of mockery and disrepute. If we are suggesting that the tools laid out historically by PUDEMO for instance; to pave the way for consistence and accountable action should be revisited and maybe used; then we must say we are ready to go to war comrade. That is the minimum that is required. If this is just a suggestion that will end with a conversation about tools and balance of class and other forces then we can all read this from the library. Which struggle approximates that in Swaziland in the main cornerstones need to facilitate mobilization; accountability and continuity ? Any ideas? Or are we so so unique ?
