Christ Means The Anointed One… The Anointing That You Received From Him Abides In You…So If The Son Sets You Free, You Will Be Free Indeed… The anointing of God… It is a divine sanctification by the power of God, that, comes upon and prepare us for the enlightenment of God, it penetrates to cleanse our soul, spirit, and body to transform us from the worldly nature to the divine nature...For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other...But, God on flesh doing those things, our flesh is corrupted by the evil...It is empowered by God for the reformation, which He has chosen us, to be filled with His power...The anointing is Gods presence by the Holy Spirit..It brings the nature of Christ in us, to preach the gospel to the poor, heal the brokenhearted, set the captives free from the bondage of sin and deliverance from the power of evil, recovering of sight to the blind, and set at liberty from the yokes of the worldly bondages... “Christ is the Anointed One” The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed. Luke 4:18.. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you: “Godly Wisdom & Understanding” And because of him you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption. 1 Corinthians 1:30 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints. Ephesians 1:17-18. . But the anointing that you received from him abides in you, and you have no need that anyone should teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about everything, and is true, and is no lie—just as it has taught you, abide in him. 1 John 2:27.. That their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, to reach all the riches of full assurance of understanding and the knowledge of Gods mystery, which is Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Colossians 2:2-3.. All these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity: “The Living Water from the Throne of God” But whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” John 4:14.. .. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water John 7:38.. Love your neighbor as yourself: ” Interceding Nature of Christ Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Romans 5:2.. By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers. 1 John 3:16 For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. Galatians 5:13.. Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue. 2 Peter 1:2-3..
