Christian and I are the 36 hour shift. It will be a long night but, we would do it a million times over if it assured me that Darrell was comforted, loved, and soothed by our presence! We are so anxious to have his anesthesia wear off. He has truly been a hand full ( at least three sets of hands) because of sensitivity to anesthesia. Anyone that knows Darrell would tell you what a kind loving and gentle soul Darrell has. The person his anesthesia turns him into is nothing like the man we love! Please pray that he has rest tonight and that his mind is clear and fresh soon.
