Christianity and Its Support For Slavery [Photo: Badly whipped American slave named Gordon.] Far right Fox News host Ainsley Earhard recently argued on air against the Freedom From Religion Foundations (FFRF) work to remove religious symbols from public schools in Texas saying: Growing up in the South, people in Wisconsin, these atheists in other cities need to understand the culture in the South, and how church is a very integral part of our childhood and growing up, and it’s a very important part for the Southern culture.” The KKK couldnt agree with her more. This can be seen in the following 2012 Christmas statement from Cole Thorton, the Imperial Wizard of the United Northern and Southern Knights of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK): “We also stand for Christianity. The proof is in the pudding. …. IF the Christians were to unite and stop arguing over who has the right system of beliefs, or the right hymns, or the right choir robes then we might just be able to squash the evil influence hindering our beliefs. Once again in history the Christians are coming under severe persecution and it will only grow worse under the guise of separation of church and state. The Ku Klux Klan itself is composed entirely of white Christians who believe that their race and religion are superior to people with different colors and religions. They believe in a literal interpretation of the Bible and regard it as their number one source of knowledge. The KKK is a terrorist outfit that seeks to impose their outlook through direct action including murder. For many decades they successfully did so in America’s south. Working hand in hand with the police and Democratic Party, the KKK imposed, and policed, semi-fascist rule in America’s south through murderous terror. The southern ignorance that Ainsley Earhard brags of in the south is largely a result of the work of the KKK. There are some who claim that Christianity has been usurped by the right to do evil. Yet, I have read the Christian Bible, and I assert most unhesitatingly that the opposite is true. I assert that it is people on the left who are going against the true evil teachings of the Bible and trying to usurp it for good. One of the Christian Bibles many passages supporting slavery says: “When a man strikes his male or female slave with a rod so hard that the slave dies under his hand, he shall be punished. If, however, the slave survives for a day or two, he is not to be punished, since the slave is his own property.” (Exodus 21:20-21 NAB) And the New Testament does not preclude such things: “Slaves, obey your earthly masters with deep respect and fear. Serve them sincerely as you would serve Christ.” (Ephesians 6:5 NLT) Former slave Frederick Douglass said of the subject: “I assert most unhesitatingly, that the religion of the south is a mere covering for the most horrid crimes,—a justifier of the most appalling barbarity,—a sanctifier of the most hateful frauds,—and a dark shelter under which the darkest, foulest, grossest, and most infernal deeds of slaveholders find the strongest protection. Were I to be again reduced to the chains of slavery, next to that enslavement, I should regard being the slave of a religious master the greatest calamity that could befall me…. I therefore hate the corrupt, slaveholding, women-whipping, cradle-plundering, partial and hypocritical Christianity of this land.” —Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass (1845) As opposed Christian mercy and love, Marxisms scientific understanding of the universe accepts no gods, Marxism accepts no sacred texts justifying slavery and genocide, Marxism accepts no masters, and Marxism defends the separation of religion and state as a fundamental gain of the American Revolution.. -Steven Argue of the Revolutionary Tendency Revolutionary Tendency https://facebook/RevolutionaryTendency
