Christianity is supposed to Be Christ Like! Jn.14:6Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. 1 Tm.6:10For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 11But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.12Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses. How can we call ourselves Christians and not use all scripture in our lives as required in the Holy Bible shown to us in 2 Tm.3:16All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works! How can we have good works unless we live and abide in Jesus Christ and He abides in us by His words living in us, which are the words of eternal life to all who will abide in them! Or you only fool and deceive your own selves straight to Hell, listening to Satan, the father of all lies! Man has a way that seemeth right unto him, but is the way that leads to death, Prov.12:15The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise. Prov.14:12There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. Prov.16:25There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. 1 Cor.15:58Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. If we do not pick up our weaker brothers and sisters who are walking into destruction who is to blame here, is it not us, who are supposed to be following Jesus’ lead here in scripture to us so that we too can have works worthy of repentance, seen in Ac.26:19Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision: 20But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance. 2 Tm.2:24And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, 25In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; 26And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will. Jms.5:19Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; 20Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins. So many who say they are saved by faith and grace alone are going to Hell! If the saved are so they would be abiding in the word of God to us, because if they are not they are not in the will of God for their lives! They are not bearing His fruits, they are bearing their won fruits that are nothing but weed thistles and thorns, by living a life that is unto them their way, just as these seven women seen in Is.4:1And in that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, We will eat our own bread, and wear our own apparel: only let us be called by thy name, to take away our reproach. Only when we allow Jesus to walk in us by His word living in us and allowed to function and lead us into all His truths will we find a reward in heaven! The seven women in Isaiah wanted their own clothes because they were immoral and had no morality and did not want to dress the way the Lord dressed Adam and Eve in the garden with robes! The women in this verse of Isaiah like the fashions of the world which pleases the eyes and the flesh. To lure more men to please the eyes of their lovers, with the pride of life! James says if we are friends with this world we are still an enemy of God, Jms.4:4! Paul says if we are walking around in carnality we are in the flesh; the flesh cannot please God, Ro.8:1-ffs read it for yourself, who are you pleasing today in your walk with God? You cannot bear fruit unless we walk in Jesus and He is allowed to walk in us and be our God, 2 Cor.6:14Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 15And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? 16And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 17Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. 18And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty. The Children of God are lost for lack of knowledge! Amos 8:11Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD: 12And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it. They run around from shining sea to shining sea, looking for yet another man to follow after instead of the only one who bring eternal life: they search the scriptures for in them they think they will find salvation; and the scriptures point us to one person who has life in the words that come out of His mouth and the mouth of His ordained Apostles seen in Jn.15:20, who had the Keys to Heaven and society will not use them! Man keeps following man instead of Jesus and His instructors; Jn.5:39Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. 40And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life. 41I receive not honour from men. 42But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you. 43I am come in my Fathers name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. 44How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only? 45Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is one that accuseth you, even Moses, in whom ye trust. 46For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me; for he wrote of me. 47But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words? This was talked about in Isaiah too in Is.28:1Woe to the crown of pride, to the drunkards of Ephraim, whose glorious beauty is a fading flower, which are on the head of the fat valleys of them that are overcome with wine! 2Behold, the Lord hath a mighty and strong one, which as a tempest of hail and a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing, shall cast down to the earth with the hand. 3The crown of pride, the drunkards of Ephraim, shall be trodden under feet: 4And the glorious beauty, which is on the head of the fat valley, shall be a fading flower, and as the hasty fruit before the summer; which when he that looketh upon it seeth, while it is yet in his hand he eateth it up. 5In that day shall the LORD of hosts be for a crown of glory, and for a diadem of beauty, unto the residue of his people, 6And for a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and for strength to them that turn the battle to the gate. 7But they also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are out of the way; the priest and the prophet have erred through strong drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through strong drink; they err in vision, they stumble in judgment. 8For all tables are full of vomit and filthiness, so that there is no place clean. Mankind teaches what is wrong for the right and today’s society says we want to walk as the heathen and use our flesh with unnatural desires that worketh unseemly, with worldly desires of carnality that was seen in the times of the Roman’s, which God hates: Those of the Nicolaitanes! Who traded their wives for the desires of power and brought about a priestly nation of men over the laity of the church of the living God; who gave up the natural affections of their wives, to live a celibate life, thinking that is what leads to purity! A pure heart is one that lives for God and God alone in word and in deed putting our beliefs into practical use in our daily walk with Him directing our lives while He alone blows us wherever He wants us to go, Jn.3:3Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. 4Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mothers womb, and be born? 5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. 8The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. This cannot be done unless we have been born-again of Him and His Spirit in us! Or you are none of His yet still; Ro.8:9! Men and women of the world are allowing themselves to be drawn away by familiar spirits of the wisdom of men, that is but foolishness with our God! Only Jesus is the wisdom and power of God in the flesh of men (1 Cor.1:24), seen by His Apostles who are still trying to lead us to Him in scriptures. Only when we know who God is in Jesus can we worship God in Spirit and in Truth, Jn.4:24, God is a Spirit; and if God is A Spirit then without a doubt He alone must be the Holy Spirit, because Jesus said there is but one good, Mt.19:17; Mk.10:18; Lk.18:19And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? None is good, save one, that is, God! (Strong’s # 18 agathós – inherently (intrinsically) good; as to the believer,18 (agathós) describes what originates from God and is empowered by Him in their life, through faith.) You see many say they are saved by faith, but faith that is not seen is nothing but beliefs! You can belief all day long just as the demons seen in James 2:19Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. You see here that even they do tremble at the near mention of the name of Jesus; why do not men today? It is because they do not know wisdom; for the fear of the LORD God is the beginning of wisdom! He is a consuming fire seen in Heb.12:29! We will all face His wrath for our sins, and even those who are His will pass through and become ministers of a flame of fire, Heb.1:7 and Ps.104:4! We are tried here in the fire called life and what we do down here will determine who and where we live for forevermore! Rev.22:10And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand. 11He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. 12And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. 14Blessed are they that do his (Jesus’ our LORD God’s) commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city! All those who live their way will be these! 15For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie! Who worship a god they have made up in their vain imaginations! Which is nothing but idolatry (2 Sam.15:22And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, as in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. 23For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from being king!) You see only the sin of ignorance will be forgiven, the sin of being presumptuous is the sin that can never be forgiven in this lifetime or the next, because it is against the will of God who gave us His word according to His will which is the Holy Spirit! 2 Pt.1:20Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. Which is from the Day Star in the prior verse here in verse: 19We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: Who is seen as the Morning Star here in revelation: 16I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and “MORNING STAR.” 17And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. 18For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. Just like it says in 2 Tm.3:16-17 it takes all scripture living and working in our lives before we can call ourselves Christians, which mean to be Christ like! Only they will be saying the next verses come the day of Judgment that starts with us first who are in the true house of God in Christ Jesus who reconcile the world unto Him alone, 2 Cor.5:19-21 who will be of the righteousness of God in Jesus! They will be the ones saying: 20He which testifieth these things saith: Surely I come quickly! Amen and Amen! Even so, come, Lord Jesus! 21The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
