Dont let one day (or hopefully one meal) of relaxing on your nutrition turn into several days or even weeks. Those of you who have been following my Ditch the New Years Resolution tips its time to attack those weight loss/fitness goals with some movement... 7 Day Tabata Challenge: The Tabata Protocol: 20 seconds of all out effort followed by 10 seconds of rest x 8 rounds. *Work as hard as you can for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds until you complete eight sets/rounds. Total time is 4 minutes. For our purposes your score is the total number of reps completed. The Movements: Day 1: Air Squats Day 2: Push Ups Day 3: Sit Ups Day 4: Burpees Day 5: Lunges Day 6: Feet Elevated Push Ups Day 7: Planks Start today and complete one movement per day for the next 7 days.
