Christmas Party Tips brought to you by Michelle Myers :) I couldnt agree more with her on all 3 points. Christmas party this weekend? Here are my top 3 tips! 1) Use the dessert plate to help with portion control. 2) Linger where the fellowship is vs. where the food is. 3) Even if you feel you totally blow it, tomorrow is a new day. Just keep going! Thanks Michelle! I encourage you not to allow PERFECT eating to be the enemy of GOOD eating. You can indulge wisely without eating ALL.THE.FOOD. ;) Theres no shortage of food and treats this season (or anytime for that matter), so be picky! Be a food snob!! When you do make a choice to eat a treat, just own the choice and enjoy every bite without guilt. And when you choose to abstain, own that too and dont be a victim of that choice and lament it. ;) #mybestbody #mindsetmatters xo~Jill
