Christmas dinner: Parmesan Crab Bites as the appetizer, Prime Rib, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Golden Corn Pudding, and Green Beans with Tomatoes & Chorizo. Desserts were Apple-Almond Cheesecake and Prize Pecan Pie. Absolutely delicious, if I do say so myself! 😀 I had a couple of minor mishaps (forgot to serve the salad, and accidentally left the roast in too long for medium). The table was designed by my mom. Very festive! Merry Christmas, friends and family!
