Christmas dinner left overs is the best!!! Didnt have room for everything. So I chose a big helping of Dumplins,some smoked ham, succotash, and my wifes amazing southern spoon bread. For those that do not know what southern spoon bread is. Well its kinda like cornbread, but you eat with a spoon. Hard to describe, so here is a link with details, and a recipe.
