Christmas eve dessert last night. No bake, no gelatin cheese cake with a surprise.. Recipe from krafts..with slight variation 1cup crushed graham crackers 2tbs melted butter 1 8oz cream cheese 1/4cup sugar 1 8oz whipped cream 1/2 tsp vanilla Gulab jammuns Thaw whipped cream and cream cheese. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and place them in individual serving bowls. Mix cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Fold in whipped cream and vanilla. Now put a layer of mixed cream cheese, then Gulab jammun and cover with cream cheese again. Freeze for an hour and it ready.
