Christmas in Shanghai December 2014 random pictures: youtu.be/o2kExxqWkZ8 Random pictures of some of the Christmas events around Shanghai. Things that I had observed while wandering around. Shops that had special events and Christmas stuff had more customers visiting their shops and shopping centers. This year Peoples Square was really bad compared to previous years and with the lack of Christmas events, lack of traditional Chinese music and dancing, increase in scammers, increase in street hustlers and yet the city is wondering why there are less and less foreigners visiting. No real events and poorly managed is becoming the downfall of this city. I was hoping for better and even filled applications hoping to join the ground floor on building the city as a real link between old China and the actual International community. I had hope to continue studying the changes, but not sure it will happen. well here is some Christmas shots from Xujiahui, Peoples Square, the Bund and a couple school parties...
