Christmas of 1963 I travel with then Shirley David from Haskell Institute to Detroit Michagan to visit Father Shang that use to be in Tetlin. We met two more from Tetlin and one from Tanacross staying ther over Chrismas Holidays. Both from Tetlin are gone with last name Titus and David. The one from Tanacross last name is Paul. Cant remember their first name ..too long ago. Father Shang was loan this mansion with a Butler and a Maid for the Christmas holiday by some rich friend of his while they went to Florada for vacation. For me it was kinda uneasy feeling being served all day, beds made and beds ready to sleep in and making sure all the food is served to you..plus the door is open for you and phone is handed to you if someone call. It was like that all day long..I think Ill have a hard time being rich and living like that since I like to do that for others too..We , all us Indian made it through alive..lol
