Christmas on the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Railway. Santa Specials - There are two great ways to visit Santa this year: From Cheltenham Race Course by steam train all the way to Winchcombe (or the North Pole!) through the long tunnel, and visit Santa and his elves in his grotto. When you arrive at Winchcombe the elves will meet you off the train, and make sure you have plenty of time to visit Santa and receive excellent presents especially selected by him for each age group. From Toddington station by a 1950s diesel rail car with Santa and his young elves on board the train, spending lots of time sitting with each family. The number of tickets sold on these trains will be limited, so you will have plenty of space for your family and there is the added excitement of seeing Santa coming down the train talking to everyone and giving out excellent presents. Whichever way you choose, every child gets great top quality presents and everyone can have complimentary mince pies specially made for us, and hot or cold drinks, biscuits and fruit.
