Chronic Asthma and a surprising result - bear with me with a little story. I was working a health expo a little while ago and as usual, people come by our stand and if they dont know Usana and the power of our nutritionals are naturally sceptical. A lady came by, was polite, talked a little and wasnt necessarily interested but she started coughing really badly. It was like a real deep chested wracking cough. She made a comment in between breaths and while reaching into her bag for her medication asthma - lived with it all my life - nothing I can do about it but this shit medication. We started a conversation about what shes tried and I asked have you ever considered quality nutritionals to boost your immune system? She rolled her eyes at me and said of course - Im on so much stuff I rattle. I had no desire to sell her anything, I just wanted to be of help to her so said how about I send you as much science as I can about what we do and how it might help you. Sure thing - knock yourself out was the response. So I did - I stayed in touch, I sent information and even a bundle of samples for her to try and left it at that. About a month later she emailed me saying ok, its time - Ive done my research and my homework. Im not expecting anything but I know I have nothing to lose. So she placed an order for the bare minimum, and I gave her a nice little bit of extra to help it along. Only a matter of 3 weeks later this is what she emailed me - which I reproduce here with her permission. Anne, I have some good news. I think its safe to say that the vitamins are starting to work - I have a bit more energy and generally feel better. Its hard to pinpoint, but that feeling of feeling better is a sign that something is changing. And the other big improvement is my gut and bowel. This is so exciting!!! Now that might not be such a dramatic testimonial, but this lady takes liquid morphine and looks dreadful. Shes changed her diet and is now putting high quality nutritionals into her system. To hear her say that she was happy she met us, was meant to find USANA and now feels confident that her life has finally started to make a turnabout is what my purpose is.
