Chuck Is Not A Beginner No More! Chuck started the F.I.T Program with 10 sessions. at that point Chuck could not do 6 minutes on the bike or any of the lifts you are about to see him do in this video now at 20 sessions. Chuck has seen a lot of results in the lost of inches category which is really what we want. Unless your trying to make weight for a competition or fight. Focus more on what you see in the mirror than what the scale says. Muscle is more dense than fat so it takes up less space while weighing the same as a piece of fat. Example think of a pound of cloth verses a pound of rock. The rock will look smaller but weigh the same as the pound of cloth.
