Chumani TS Network, a company appointed by MDDA to assist develop a Local Content Strategy, is today hosting a provincial seminar at Elangeni Hotel, Durban. This is a consultative focus group discussing content development strategies, community participation and explore how best to build on relavant quality programming. In attendance is KZN partners, community radio stations, community television, community and small commercial newspapers, KZN representative bodies like NCRF, AIP, ACTSA and ICASA. The consultative seminars will be held at other provinces, this is the first seminar towards the finalization of the work of Chumani TS Network. Lets work together to close the content gap and develop a knowledgeable and information society.
