Now, today we will briefly go through each stage: 1. Define talent – As we have seen various types of talent under the title of explored and explored talents. So the first stage defines the segment of such talents. 2. Identification of talent. After defining segments, assessing pure individual talent is a next step. Ex. After defining talent of cricket. The next step is whether the players are a batsman, bowler or all rounder. 3. Attract and retain- At this stage, depth of talent and commitment is considered at high level. If a person has talent and he is willing to do the hard work for his/her talent. By having these abilities, it is the role and duty of management to retain and attract such talents.
