Im the only one who went back and stayed. .a simple holiday turned into 10 years..no one in my family speaks Italian but me...and Im not that great...I have lived in soo many regions from the north to the south. . But my soul remains in Lecce. .if I didnt live in a place for an extended period of time, I probably have visited it.《many natives have joked, I have been to more places than they have & I should be a tour guide》.My mothers side started in Milano & worked their way south...a good number settled in Balvanno, in the region of Potenza...their surname is Tortorelli, spelled a hundred different ways. ..but we all evolved from the same bloodline & are related. ..if you are familiar with Gio Tortorelli the entertainer from Milano, currently starring in Romeo & Guilette..he is family..I was born In New York City...grew up there...have lived in other countries also,..spent a year in Dresden, Germany. .have lived in Prague & Slovenia. ..Im a former professional dancer in NY.. an entertainment business manager. . (Names you would be familiar with)...& a designer of Italian jewelry. ..my dads family are Calabrese. ...so there is a little about me in a nutshell. ..ciao ciao a tutte. ..♡♡♡
