Cindy is off to Uganda again and Facebook is sometimes the only way we can communicate. I usually write her a little journal of devotions so she can read some of my thoughts of her each day. I did not get a chance to write anything before she left so I will have to annoy you all with my ramblings on Facebook. The Tabernacle was a mobile dwelling place for God while the Israelites traveled in the wilderness. You probably think you are traveling through the wilderness yourself with all the delays, hurry ups and waits as you fly to Uganda. God is traveling with you just the same. Not in a tent, not in a bag, or not in a book, but dwelling INSIDE you. You are the temple of the Holy Spirit and a mobile one too. The tabernacle is a picture of how God dwells in you and interacts with you. Each article of furniture represents a different aspect of His wondrous working in us as He makes Himself at home. No matter where you find your self on this planet you take God with you! Just as the Glory of God shown over the tabernacle His presence in you shines brightly. The Lord will bring into your path people who need to see God. So keep shining!
