Cinnamon Banana Protein Pancakes!!!! Thats what my boys had for breakfast!! I top mine with 1 tablespoon of Better than Peanut Butter! Its low fat and delicous! My boys get Organic Peanut butter and honey on theirs!! 1 cup of Spelt Oatmeal 1 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon 1/2 tsp of Pumpkin Spice 4-5 Ripe Bananas ( nice and brown means sweeter) 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp of Sea Salt 1- 2 scoops of Protein Powder (optional) 1 whole egg( or egg whites) Enough Unsweetened Almond Milk to achieve the desired consistency of your pancakes. You can add sliced apples or berries if you desire! Heat your griddle to about 250 degrees and spray with nonstick coconut spray. Turn when you see bubbles forming approx. 1 min each side. Enjoy!!!
