Circle Executive Committee meeting of AP Circle held at Hyderabad on 24th and 25th November, 2014. Jt Sec(S) Com P. Padmanabha Rao, AGS Com A. Chandrasekhar, Veteran Leader Com S.L.Reddy and GS Com K Sebastin attended the CEC. Com GS in his address gave latest status on all the issues like E2, E3 Standard pay scales and pay disparity of JTOs of 2007 & 2008, 30% superannuation benefit to BSNL recruits, CPSU Cadre Hierarchy, JTO to SDE promotions and the efforts to make a single DPC, LDCE from JTO to SDE and eligibility criteria, SDE to DE Regular Promotions for 2710 posts by ending the age old adhocism permanently, JAO to AO Promotions, AO to CAO, DE to DGM Adhoc Promotions, CAO to DGM Promotions, DGM Adhoc to DGM Regular both in Engineering and Accounts, regularization of Officiating JTOs, Pay anomalies of TTAs selected as DR JTOs, issues concerning Civil/Electrical/Arch/PAs/ PSs/OLs, Seniority cases of List No. 6 &7/206 /147 etc, supply of materials, BSNL and MTNL merger, subsidiary formation, BBSNL project etc. GS explained the status of Membership Verification process and appealed to all the comrades to work towards verification so that SNEA(I) can become the majority Association with thumbing majority. This will lead to unity of all the Executives like other CPSUs ending the multiplicity of Assns. A single and strong recognised Assn is the need of the hour to resolve all the outstanding issues with special focus on the cadre interests. On querry on delay on settlement of E2, E3 pay scales which makes lot of hurt burn among the JTO/JAOs recruited after 01.01.2007, GS assured that in case pension contribution issue is further delayed, the possibility of extending E2, E3 pay scales alone for the time being without cascading effect also will be explored keeping the demand upto E7 scale open and SNEA(I) is open to the idea. On CPSU cadre hierarchy also, first change of designation along with pay scale will be expedited as functional promotion part is taking time. Circle President Com. J.Umamaheswara Rao presided over the meeting, Circle Secretary Com A.Viswanath submitted the report and Circle Treasurer Com K. Vidya Sagar Reddy submitted the accounts during the intervening period. Com Suresh, JTO and Com Sudheer, JTO who were the Ex CS and Ex CT of SNATTA are co-opted as CWC Member and Circle Organising Secretary respectively.
