Circuit Court from Mar 17 Port Blair, Mar 9 Smt. Bidisha Banerjee, Member (J) & Smt. Jaya Das Gupta, Member (A) of Central Administrative Tribunal, Calcutta Bench will hold Circuit Court at Port Blair from Mar 17 to 28, 2014 to dispose of cases pending in the court of Central Administrative Tribunal. Fresh applications will also be entertained. Department those who are having CAT cases have been requested to contact the Government Pleader/Panel Advocates with relevant case documents and brief them about the case in detail so as to enable the Government Counsel to defend the case on behalf of the Administration fully prepared. Head of the Departments have been requested to instruct their Nodal Officers to be present in the Tribunal on the date of hearing along with relevant documents to assist the Government Pleaders/Panel Advocates at the time of hearing, a communication from the Secretary (Law) said.
