Citadel Real Estate Servicing Manager Exton Citadel is currently looking for a Real Estate Servicing Manager. This position is responsible for managing the day to day functions of the mortgage servicing area, and the home equity area. Their primary role is to develop knowledgeable staff in all areas related to real estate loan servicing, quality control and commercial lending servicing to ensure high levels of customer service and compliance. They are responsible for managing staff in loan closings, servicing, secondary market and quality control. They must ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, internal policies and procedures and established credit underwriting guidelines. The Real Estate Servicing Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Real Estate Lending and is a part of the Management Team. Duties and Responsibilities: Accountable for attaining revenue profitability goals as determined by the credit union’s strategic and annual budgeted business plan. Manages servicing of real estate and commercial loans to assure the adherence to established policies, procedures and Secondary market guidelines. Manage the day-to day operations of mortgage closing, mortgage servicing, mortgage systems, and quality control. Monitors daily transactions to ensure accurate balancing of all real estate transactions and commercial transactions. Maintains mortgage systems to ensure compliance and efficiencies. Authority to endorse mortgage subordinations, mortgage satisfactions and assignment of notes to Fannie Mae. Manage employee performance which includes establishing and monitoring goals, completing performance evaluations, scheduling and interviewing. Develop and manage employees to exceed goals and expectations. Manages all month end portfolio functions and gl accounting. Responsible for all loan payment processing and escrow analysis. Tests new products and services to ensure products can be adequately serviced. Acts as trainer, coach and leader within the department. Continually work with employees to analyze workflows to improve efficiencies. Qualifications and Education Requirements: 10 years of mortgage related experience. High School Degree with work related relevant experience required Equivalent to a 2 or 4 year college degree, or completion of specialized course of study in business, finance or related field or work related experience preferred. Strong communication, analytical, auditing, research and decision-making abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication and problem solving skills.
