Citibank customer service is the absolute epitome of terrible customer service. My first call with them was the 14th. Theyve told me to call back 3-4 days after theyve had time to review my case. Those stinkers keep putting it off 3-4 days each time. I cant take a whole bank down, but maybe I could stop 5-10 people from banking with them. I hate that I didnt record the calls. Does anyone know what legal action I could take? Im thinking about the BBB but does that actually do anything?
