Citizens panel Apply to join the Citizens Panel now! Do you have opinions about public services in Leeds or issues affecting your community? We need people like you to join the Citizens Panel and tell us what Leeds needs. The Citizens’ Panel is a group of several thousand people in Leeds who give their opinions about the services and issues that affect where they live. Their views are heard by local decision makers and they find out about new plans and ideas for Leeds. This is just one of the ways that Leeds City Council finds out what people think and need. If you join the panel you’ll be asked to complete a number of surveys each year either online or on paper. You may also be invited to attend group discussions and workshops. You need to be aged over 18 years to join and you must live in the Leeds area. We will treat all your information confidentially and keep it secure in line with the Data Protection Act.
