On a High Note for August 11, 2014 City Council Meeting RES 153 Authorizing the City of Shreveport (The “City”) to hire professionals in conjunction with the issuance of not to exceed Ninety-Three Million Five Hundred Dollars ($93,500,000) General Obligation Bonds, Series 2014 for the purposes set forth in the propositions approved in an election held on April 2, 2011 and otherwise providing with respect thereto RES 154 Authorizing the City of Shreveport (The “City”) to hire professionals in conjunction with the issuance of not to exceed Seventy-Five Million Dollars ($75,000,000) Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, in one or more series for the purpose of financing the cost of acquisition and construction of improvements, extensions and replacements to the Water and Sewer Utility System of the City and otherwise providing with respect thereto.
