City Link update; after one (alleged) failed delivery on Thurs, no delivery attempt Fri, a promise of delivery Monday which I was assured yesterday at noon was on a vehicle en-route to me (failed) then told by the same customer services dept it hadnt been despatched but would be delivered today (Tues) guaranteed (no apologies or sufficient explanation given) we finally find out this afternoon,after the eighth phone call since Thursday, due to a............you guessed it......... a no show) that they have lost the consignment. A treadmill.......easy to lose Id imagine!!!!! What a complete and utterly unprofessional shambles City Link.
