City of Brewer - Winter Parking Rules The City of Brewer has a winter parking ordinance that states no vehicles shall park along the side of any City street from November 1st to April 15th between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Please remember that no vehicles should be parked along the sides of the roadway during a snow storm, regardless of time of day, as it makes snow plowing and removal that much more difficult.
