City of Griffin Police Officer, Kevin Jordan and United States Marine Veteran, was shot and killed in the line of duty on 5/31/2014. He leaves behind seven children, one of which just graduated from Griffin High School. This is an easy way to help provide for his family. Please give as little or as much as you can. Every penny will be given directly to the family to use for whatever purpose they need. Kevin Jordan Ultimate Cold Water Event This event was created by Matthew Stephen Snyder to honor our fallen officer and help his family. Please share this event. “Kevin Jordan Ultimate Cold Water Challenge” partnered up with “It’s What We Do” and Humbly Serving Ministries to hold this nonprofit event to raise money for the family of the Fallen officer Kevin Jordan. The event will be held on June 28th, 2014 from 12:00pm to 4pm at Kiwanis Fair Grounds 1025 S. Hill St., Griffin Ga. 30224. All monies made will be given to the family of Officer Jordan. There will be a raffle, water challenges and fun for all. There will be food and drinks and some special guest. We will have a car show and family fun and entertainment. There is no entry fee so come and join us for a good time and help support a family in need. June 28, 2014 Matthew S.
