City of Santa Monica Code Compliance Taxi Enforcement Program Workshop August 20, 2013 As the needs of our communities change the role of Code Enforcement also changes. In February of 2012 the City of Santa Monica Code Enforcement Division assumed the responsibilities of the enforcement of Taxi Rules and Regulations. Our program has become very successful and we would like to share our experience of a new enforcement opportunity with our colleagues.
