Claire DePaulo This is sadistic, cruel and inhumane. Where is Mayor McCarthy and why isnt he doing something? I remember when Assemblyman Jim Tedisco and Councilman Vince Riggi were trying to get some answers regarding the dangerous dogs and Mayor McCarthy said that they were only doing that, for Headlines? Look at the can or worms that was opened? Why isnt the Mayor going there in person and doing something? This is just the tip of the iceberg.
