Clan Rank Structure Recruit: the rank that is given when a member first comes into the clan so they can get to know everybody in the clan the member must stay this rank for a total of seven days Private: The rank that comes after the seven day recruit period showing that you are officially a CoGP gamer at this point you can be on competitive team participate tournaments must be this rank for at least two weeks or given recommendation Corporal: At this point can change your gamer tag to a CoGP tag as well as learn to recruit but all new recruits must be read in by a Sergeant or higher, as for requirement a CoGP have to read and try to memorize rules to set an example to other gamers this changes nothing you were able as a Private must stay this rank for at least two weeks and have brought in at least one recruit Sargent: By now a CoGP gamer should know how to recruit and is allowed to read them into the clan without supervision as a sergeant if you want to rank up you must display leadership qualities have the rules and responsibilities for lieutenant and captain memorized (and has been the rank of sergeant for a two week minimum) Lieutenant: Second in command of a squad and takes control of the squad when the captain is offline and assists the captain with anything he needs help with must display a sense of initiative (as well as be this rank for a three week minimum) Captain: Has command over an eight person squad (including the lieutenant). A Captain can name his squad but is also in charge of setting up squad skirmishes must show good leadership qualities (and be this rank for a three week minimum) Company Leader: Controls an entire clan and has control over a whole clan and is in charge of all promotions in his/her clan Clan Commander: a founding father of CoGP
