Clarence Daniels was assaulted by Michael Foster, age 43, at a local Wal-Mart on January 20th. The firearm was concealed under Daniels coat, which Foster spotted as Daniel was exiting his truck. Foster proceeded to follow him into the store where he tackled Daniels from behind while shouting Hes got a gun! While under attack, Daniels continued yelling that he had a permit. It turned out that Daniels did indeed have a legal permit to carry a concealed weapon.
