Class Schedule for the week of 01/26/15: Tuesday: Cardio Kickboxing at 5:15pm Wednesday: Cardio Kickboxing at 5:15pm Wing Chun/Street Self-Defense 7:30pm-9:00pm Friday: Womens Weight Training at 6:00pm Saturday: Wing Chun/Street Self-Defense at 1:30pm Also Share the Burden CrossFit meets in the mornings at 5:30am on Monday/Wednesday/Friday and in the evenings at 5:30pm/6:30pm on Mon./Tues./Wed/Thurs and Saturdays at 9:30am. Just let us know on here if you plan to attend and well save you a spot.
