Class Timetable - Starting November 2014 Monday’s Pilates - 6.30-7.30pm (ladies only) A selection of Pilates moves, to strengthen and tone the whole body. I always offer lots of adaptations and progressions, allowing you to work at your own level. Using small pieces of equipment including Bender Balls & Bands to add variety. *Suitable for all. Fitness Yoga 7.30-8.30pm A challenging class of consistent poses in flowing transition with a focus on core strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility & an overall sense of well being. *Knowledge of Pilates &/or Yoga is highly recommended. Tuesday’s Pilates 9.30-10.30am A selection of Pilates moves, to strengthen and tone the whole body. I always offer lots of adaptations and progressions, allowing you to work at your own level. Using small pieces of equipment including Bender Balls & Bands to add variety. Pilates Stretch 10.30-11.15am This session takes the core Pilates exercises and delivers in a way to focus on gaining awareness of the core, learning stretches to release lower back tightness and gently improve core strength. *Suitable for individuals with long term lower back conditions &/or those individuals that prefer the relaxation & stress release. Conditioning Conditioning 6-7pm A number of low impact exercises incorporating various pieces of equipment to ensure a whole body conditioning workout. Each station will have various levels so you can work too your own ability. Balls & Bands 7-7.45pm BIG balls, small balls, lots of balls! A fun, effective core workout. I always offer lots of adaptations and progressions, allowing you to work at your own level. Be amazed with what you can achieve. Thursdays Conditioning Conditioning 9.30-10.30am A number of low impact exercises incorporating various pieces of equipment to ensure a whole body conditioning workout. Each station will have various levels so you can work too your own ability. Balls & Bands 10.30-11.15am BIG balls, small balls, lots of balls! A fun, effective core workout. Develop you core & much, much more, whole body conditioning. *Knowledge of Pilates &/or Yoga is recommended. Prices Community Classes Bronze - £5 per session, pay as you go. Silver - £25 per month, choose any two classes per week. Gold - £40 per month, unlimited classes.
