Class has mastered the Dolphin and some were actually able to do it with one leg in the air today! The Dolphin is the Down Dog with forearms on the ground move. The moment that I told the kids that I needed to show everyone what we did in class today, was the moment I apparently volunteered to teach another round of the Flow section, because they wanted to join in, but I had to teach them the moves first. I think theyre form is improving. ;) Each move is to an 8 count, the order goes: *Single-leg Down Dog *Knee into your chest (in 4, out 4) *High lunge *3 point balance (fold forward, back leg comes up) *Diva Squat (connect ankles as you squat) *Warrior 2 *Low Lunge *Dolphin *Plank DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN! :D Give it a try 4 times on each side. Modify when you need to. You can also stay in a Down Dog instead of going into the Dolphin. #yougotthis #nevergiveup #piyoliive
