After graduating from the University of North Carolina, I married in 1979. I raised my stepdaughter, who is now 32, and still have 3 kids at home, 15, 13, and 12! Ive found my calling in life as a PreSchool Teacher and Program Director, and as a Girl Scout Leader. Id love to reconnect with some old Pirates who remember singing the blues with Mr. Harrison, getting Mr. Hladik off-topic, hot pastrami sandwiches at the deli instead of mystery meat in the cafeteria, and spending summers watching the submarine races! Well after graduation I attended West Virginia University majoring in Wildlife Biology. After two good years of partying, I joined the Marines and spent 12 years there before I had a minor dissagreement with a muslin in Beirut Lebanon, unfortunantly I had an M-16 and he had a RPG, anyway I am single at this time, after 17 years or marriage, I have 3 Sons (Bryce 22, Brad, 21, Brandon, 14 and a daughter Tori 7. All the boys initials are B.A.D. Kind of ironic huh ? But anyway after the Marines I got employed with the NC Division of Marine Fisheries, then began working at my current Career as an Environmental Protection Specialist with the US Navy, hopefully I will retire in the next 7 years. I moved here five years ago and enjoy the slower pace but definetly miss the coastal life. I am continuing my career in the automobile business working for the Langdale Group as a Financial Director. The influence and shadow that the Langdale Corp. casts over the area makes life very enjoyable. Im married to a wonderful woman from Montana named Lori Jo. She and I have five children and three grandchildren. We travel often having just returned from Western Europe on a three country tour.
